Meet the Founder

I remember late nights studying. I remember walking downstairs to boil some water to make a fresh pot of tea while simultaneously hoping that I wouldn't wake anyone up. I was a night-owl and studied best at night. All through college, I had a routine that was both comforting and relaxing. It helped bring joy, comfort, and nostalgia to hours upon hours of writing papers. I would put on a comfortable sweater, light a candle, and make a pot of tea. I still currently own that green teapot that helped me throughout all of those years. Three simple things that made hours of studying more enjoyable. I have always had a love and passion for classic literature and stories that have impacted so many people. Stories that have brought out the inner child in so many who had lost connection with that part of them. I remember thinking "What if there was a company that created all three? Tea, candles, and apparel all based on classic literature?" This is when the initial seed was planted that would one day start to grow into Whimsical Leaves. It got to a point where I started thinking that I didn't want to look back one day and wonder what it would have been like if I started that company that I was interested in. I value intentionality, creativity, and quality. It's my heart's desire that you know that there is intentionality, creativity, and quality in each product at Whimsical Leaves. So fellow story lovers, here is to new things, new dreams, new ideas, and to falling in love with classic stories all over again!
